Brownies search for nice households but if you are looking to increase your chances of finding one then it is best to leave out food at night. They prefer milk. honey, ale, porrige, and cake. They do not like cats and if there is one around they will not clean.
Brownies despise bad people and as such will go out of their way to prank them when they reside within a bad household. They will hide things, steal things, or make a mess. Beware! Brownies do not like to be called fairies. If a person does so they can cause physical harm.
